HCCs and Value-based Care: Important Changes from CMS

A major focus for many hospitals is understanding the changes that impact Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) reimbursement methodology – changes made as a result of the Inpatient Prospective Payment System (IPPS) rule that will become effective in 2024.
